Jo gave me a resplendent crafting device for my birthday recently. The ‘Airlyne’ rugmaker extols its virtue at making short shift of a stair runner. You can see the lady on the box hasn’t’ even removed her high heels- let alone broken into a sweat.
Once you have clipped the contraption onto your table your right foot is harnessed to a needle spike that punches through the burlap to make a loop. I think it would be a great workout
